This commodity ETF seeks to replicate the returns of natural gas. The trust invests in futures contracts on natural gas traded on the NYMEX that is the near month contract to expire. This is not a diversified fund of commodities as it only invests in natural gas futures. This is an excellent way to participate in the natural gas market as almost a pure play on the price of natural gas and it can be considered as less risky as the fund invests in unleveraged futures contracts.
